Therefore I have a good knowledge of what is required for each one. As part of my degree course I also studied in detail what energy systems are used for each sport, and what types of training will be most beneficial to performance. Many diverse sports have similar demands as other more common ones, so it is easy to figure out what is required by any sport no matter how rare it may be.

Having played and competed in many sports I understand how important it is to tailor your fitness programme to benefit your sports performance as much as possible. I have played many different types of sports ranging from team sports such as hockey, rugby and football to more individual sports such as swimming, badminton, tennis and athletics.
