Whatever your goal, I can help you get there. It’s much more fun running with someone; time and distance pass quicker and it gives you the focus and motivation to maintain it on a regular basis. I offer 15min, 30min, 45min or 1 hour sessions, so it will suit anyone from a complete beginner to someone who has been running for a while and wants to push themselves a bit more. I suggest that if you are doing a lot of running then the flexibility packages tie in very well to ensure that you do not over tighten the leg and bottom muscles that are associated with running. It’s very easy to end up with injuries if you do not stretch well after every run, and it can be avoided very easily with the proper stretching on a regular basis.
Many people like the idea of going out for a run on a regular basis, but don’t enjoy it on their own or simply do not feel safe. I offer the running service as part of personal training or simply on its own. It may be that you just want to have a quick jog once a week or it may be that you’re training for a race.
