| Personal training and flexibility work provide results
over a period of time; you won’t see results from a one off
session (obviously you will feel energised and inspired),
which is why it’s important to maintain exercise once you
begin it, to see the results you desire. To that end, I offer
personal training and flexibility training in blocks of 10
weeks. I offer running sessions as one off sessions or in
blocks of sessions.
I charge £35 per hour, 5 hours over 5 weeks £162.50 and
10 hours over 10 weeks £300. |
