and give up as they feel that they are putting the effort in
and not getting anywhere. During a session I ensure that
everything we do is at the correct intensity for you to
achieve what it is you want to achieve. I also ensure that
everything is tailored towards you achieving your
goals as quickly and as safely as possible. I encourage and
motivate you to ensure that you push yourself far enough for
it to be effective for you, but I always check you are
enjoying yourself! I believe in educating people who train
with me so that they can take what they have learned and
continue to train on their own. Most people cannot afford
Personal Training for long periods of time, so it is very
important that they grow their confidence and knowledge
while training with me. |
